My Sifu (Kung Fu teacher) used to always tell me, two is faster than one. And it makes a lot of sense, your neurons are like boats at sea going from your brain to your speech, or to your fists in this case. It’s far more efficient to send two passengers or thoughts on to one ship than it is to send them singularly. So, the moral or the story is a combination of words or actions is more fluid or equally as fast as one. In this video we’ll be examining that, and how it relates to public speaking.
